Driving from O'Hare International Airport

Take I-90 out of O'Hare and follow the signs to I-90 (Kennedy Expressway) toward CHICAGO LOOP.
Take I-90/94 east to the Monroe Street exit.
Exit on right at Monroe and turn left (east).

Parking (there are two recommended lots):
Lot 1 (3 blocks walking distance to McAndrews, Held & Malloy):

Go 0.5 block east on Monroe.
Park in lot on your left. Entrance is in the middle of the block.
After parking your car, walk 2 blocks east on Monroe to Clinton.
Walk left (north) on Clinton for 1 block to Madison.

Lot 2 (1.5 blocks walking distance to McAndrews, Held & Malloy):

Go 3.5 blocks east on Monroe.
Park in indoor parking lot on your left. Entrance is in the middle of the block.
After parking your car, walk 0.5 block right (west) to Clinton.
Walk right (north) on Clinton for 1 block to Madison.

Driving from Midway International Airport

Take Cicero Avenue north to I-55 (Stevenson Expressway).
Take I-55 east to I-94 "west" (It actually runs north/south at that point and is also called the Kennedy Expressway) approximately 12 miles.
Take I-94 west to the Monroe Street exit.
Exit on right at Monroe and turn right (east).

Public Transportation from O'Hare Airport

Take the Blue Line elevated train ("El"), located below Terminal 2, to the Washington Street stop, (the fare is presently $1.50).
After exiting the station on the corner of Dearborn and Washington Streets, walk one block south on Dearborn to Madison Street.
Walk six blocks west on Madison to the building called the CitiCorp Center (500 W. Madison) (shown on our home page).
McAndrews, Held & Malloy is located at 500 W. Madison Street. The building is also known as: the Northwestern Train Station.
Take the escalators to the 3rd floor, then the "31-40" elevators to our offices on the 34th floor.

Public Transportation from Midway Airport

The walkway to the elevated train is located adjacent to the Southwest Airline terminal.
Take the Orange Line elevated train ("El") toward downtown (the fare is presently $1.50).
Get off the train at the Washington Street station.
After exiting the station on the corner of Washington and Wells Streets, go ½ block south to Madison Street, and take Madison Street three blocks west across the river to 500 W., a tall glass building (shown on our home page).
McAndrews, Held & Malloy is located at 500 W. Madison Street. The building is also known as: the Northwestern Train Station.

From the North and Northwest

Take I-55 (Stevenson Expressway) east to I-94 "west" (Kennedy Expressway).

From the South and Southeast

Take I-94/90 (Dan Ryan Expressway, which becomes the Kennedy Expressway at the multiple-level interchange) to the Monroe Street exit.
If you are taking the Skyway into Chicago, it empties into the Dan Ryan Expressway (I-90/94) at 57th Street. Continue north to the Monroe Street exit.
Exit on right at Monroe and turn right (east).

Arriving at McAndrews, Held & Malloy via Other Public Transportation
By Rail: There are no less than 11 major rail, commuter lines which service the Chicago area, each terminating at one of four stations.

The Union Pacific (Chicago and Northwestern) services cities on lines to Kenosha, Harvard, and Geneva. These services terminate at the Ogilvie Transportation Center, (also known as Citicorp Center), 500 W. Madison, which houses McAndrews, Held & Malloy. Anyone arriving at this location need only take the escalators to the 3rd floor, then the "31-40" elevators to our offices on the 34th floor.
Those using the Milwaukee Line, with services to Fox lake and Elgin/Big Timber; the Burlington Northern Line, with services to Aurora; the Heritage Corridor lines from Joliet and the SouthWest line from Orland Park will arrive at the Union Station, located three blocks south of McAndrews, Held & Malloy. In fact, those traveling from the north side of Chicago may exit their trains and walk away from the station and surface on Madison Avenue, one half block from McAndrews, Held & Malloy.
Union Station is also the terminal used by Amtrak.
The Metra electric line from University Park and the Chicago South Shore and South Bend Line arrive at the Randolph Street Station, which is at the corner of Randolph and Michigan Ave, which is two blocks north and about nine blocks east of McAndrews, Held & Malloy.
The Rock Island Line terminates in the LaSalle Street Station, which is four blocks south and three and a half blocks east of McAndrews, Held & Malloy.

Taxi transportation can easily be gotten from the latter two stations to the Ogilvie Transportation Center (also known as Citicorp Center), for less than $5. The entrance to our building is at 500 W. Madison Street (shown on our home page).

The closest stations to McAndrews, Held & Malloy are:

On the Evanston (Purple), Ravenswood (Brown), and Midway (Orange) lines: Washington Street at Wells. Go one block south to Madison and three blocks west (right) to 500 W. Madison.
On the Howard-Dan Ryan (Red) line: Washington Street at State Street. Go one block south to Madison and seven and a half blocks west (right) to 500 West Madison.
On the Congress and Douglas (Blue) lines (which also goes to O'Hare): Washington Street at Dearborn. Go one Block south to Madison and six blocks west (right) to 500 W. Madison.
On the Lake Street-Ashland/Cottage Grove (Green ) line: Clinton Street. Exit and walk three blocks south (right) on Clinton to McAndrews, Held & Malloy on Madison (500 W. 34th floor)
